Got together with GTM leadership this week to talk about two things. Trust in one another and mutual alignment to goals. Across Marketing, Sales, Account Management, RevOps, and BDRs there’s a lot of focuses. But are we truly aligned and rowing our collective boat in the same direction? We had candid conversations, built trust, and got aligned on what truly matters for our business and the nonprofits we serve. There were moments of vulnerability, confirmation, and surprise. But we all left with one key thing in mind. Nonprofits are set up for success with what we provide, and we have immense opportunity.
