Jio Jio Platforms Limited (JPL) stop looting Indian's my jiofiber order LR000007XL6K has been cancelled on 19th June it has been 15 days since my order got cancelled, I haven't received my refund. 50+days my money stuck.
I have booked service requests on 14jun 2024, until now i am not getting any service Engineer. 1wOn June 14th, 2024, I applied for Jio Fiber services with the expectation of a swift installation within 2-3 days. Although a representative visited on June 16th for KYC formalities, the actual installation process has been plagued with delays and unfulfilled promises. Initially, on June 19th, another team arrived but could only perform external connections, citing a need for further configuration by a subsequent team. Finally, on June 21st, two technicians attempted installation but were unable to connect the service to our inner concealer box due to lack of external wiring, promising to return the next day with their manager. Today, on June 22nd, after canceling personal plans in anticipation of resolving our internet issues, the technicians returned without their manager and removed the router and set-top box, claiming they were unable to proceed without external electrician support. Shortly after their departure, I received an email stating my Jio Fiber connection was on hold due to lack of premises access, despite clear access being provided earlier. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation. My contact number is -9999142697
