Forget about 10,000 Ft height. I’m not getting signal in Bangalore. When their technician came for setting up the Jio air Fiber connect he him self is not getting a signal on his mobile. I waited for 25-30 mins and then asked him to cancel the connection. I have paid them in advance online and no refund even after 3 weeks. No support on chat or numbers mentioned on the website. It never connects to support executive and the worst thing they don’t have a option to cancel. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I Want a resolution on priority #jio #TRAI M:8792233924

Very bad services and customer relationship. Incorrect installation of jio air fiber device was done at my home address of Prithvinath Shahganj , Agra UP where in actual 5 G networks are not available. HSP staff captured incorrect building id of some other area to meet the feasibility of connection. Till installation, 6-7 engineers have visited site and but no-one is able to resolve the issue as connection was not feasible in mentioned area. Same has already been communicated to me by senior technical manager Mr. SHOBHIT SINGH( Agra)and other technical staff visiting the site that 5G network is not available at my location but still same is wrongly installed by HSP staff for getting Rs 500 money per installation and meeting sales target. HSP staff Amir report to Harsh Vardhan Gupta installed this connection dated 24/06/2024. Till installation I am wasting my time in all these stuff. Senior staff is saying that sorry for inconvenience, we are initiating OC(Order cancellation) for same but written communication is not provided to me Other Team is just harrassing customer in this way. It does not suit to the brand value of company. Pls tell me one thing what is my fault so that I am suffering all these bad stuf. Jio

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the Jio AirFiber service that I recently purchased. I installed Jio AirFiber on June 14th with high hopes, but unfortunately, it has been operational for only 12 hours since installation. The service frequently (always) goes offline for extended periods, rendering it unreliable for my needs. Additionally, the diagnosis system within the Jio app, which is meant to assist in troubleshooting issues, has not been functional since 2 days . My attempts to seek assistance through customer care have also been extremely frustrating. Despite making multiple calls, most of them have gone unanswered. On occasions when I did manage to speak with a representative, the conversation was abruptly terminated due to language barriers. It has been challenging to communicate effectively as some executives only speak in Bengali, leaving me to adjust to the language spoken by the representative. Given these persistent issues, I deeply regret my decision to invest in Jio AirFiber. This experience has been a significant disappointment and has eroded my trust in Jio's services. Therefore, I kindly request a reimbursement for the amount I have paid for the next 6 months of Jio AirFiber

I have purchased Airjiofibre connection for 1 year. Details: Number-7935810698 Name-harshit While purchasing connection I asked that "Is Relocation is available and Is Fibre available at that locality" the the vendor told me that Yes relocation is possible and connection is also available there. But now when I called for relocation customer care executive told me that Relocation is not possible and also fibre connection is not available in my new area. And also customer care executive disconnected call without giving solution. I want my remaining amount refunded to me else I will file a complain against Jio in customer district court for false communication and no help from your side. #JioAirFibre

The one of worst service and commitment I have seen with JIO Air Fiber. They doesn't bother about it. Can anyone from JIO Team why voice calling is not available with Jio Air Fiber in Telengana.

Jio team, I have applied for fibre one month back.no connection yet.I have now installed Airtel fibre.Kindly refund my amount.Mailed to appellate, customer care as well. But no solutions yet.

These days a very bad network. While talking on call the calls get disconnected in between and this is a recurring problem. Pathetic experience.
