I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the Jio AirFiber service that I recently purchased. I installed Jio AirFiber on June 14th with high hopes, but unfortunately, it has been operational for only 12 hours since installation. The service frequently (always) goes offline for extended periods, rendering it unreliable for my needs. Additionally, the diagnosis system within the Jio app, which is meant to assist in troubleshooting issues, has not been functional since 2 days . My attempts to seek assistance through customer care have also been extremely frustrating. Despite making multiple calls, most of them have gone unanswered. On occasions when I did manage to speak with a representative, the conversation was abruptly terminated due to language barriers. It has been challenging to communicate effectively as some executives only speak in Bengali, leaving me to adjust to the language spoken by the representative. Given these persistent issues, I deeply regret my decision to invest in Jio AirFiber. This experience has been a significant disappointment and has eroded my trust in Jio's services. Therefore, I kindly request a reimbursement for the amount I have paid for the next 6 months of Jio AirFiber

I am writing to express my concern regarding the internet connectivity issue with my Jio Fiber connection (Account No: 4431385736). Since yesterday, my internet has not been working. I have already lodged a complaint via the Jio app, and the issue is scheduled to be addressed on 22nd June. I am deeply concerned about the delay in resolving this issue. As you may be aware, many people, including myself, rely on stable internet connections to work from home. The delay in fixing this issue is causing significant disruptions to my work. I kindly request you to prioritize this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. The prolonged downtime is making it challenging to continue with my professional commitments and is not reflective of the service quality I expect from Jio Fiber. I hope you understand the urgency of this matter and will take immediate action to restore my internet connection. If the issue cannot be resolved promptly, I may have to consider alternative service providers, as the current situation is untenable. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and a swift resolution. Best regards,

The condition of Jio network in entire Maharajganj district Siwan pin code 841238 city is very pathetic. Despite complaining the company is not fixing it. Is the entire system of Jio in the hands of corrupt officials?

All fake company hr told me to join jio but after providing me offer Letter and giving the basic medical certificate and all the blood test urine test and thyroid test lipid test ECG test they are telling more test but by the company side they offer only 750 rs and I have spend 3500 for these reports and give more test like 2d eco test which cost around 4000 how will I manage these things with a pay scale of 22000 and still not onboard me to the job and told me resign from the existing company so I did that also. Because of jio I am now jobless. A big thank you to jio and team

Jio team, I have applied for fibre one month back.no connection yet.I have now installed Airtel fibre. Kindly refund my amount.Mailed to appellate, customer care as well. But no solutions yet.
