I recently celebrated my one-year anniversary Terzo, and I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge this milestone by tagging a bunch of people in classic LinkedIn fashion! Kevin Character - Our fearless CS leader! The light at the end of the tunnel. The man, the myth, the legend. Working alongside this incredible person has taught me SO MUCH about how a well-rounded CS team should function, how to accomplish more with less, and how to truly think strategically vs tactically with Fortune 500 partners. Griffin Rutstein, Luke Ashworth, Gowtham Manohar, and Harish Chandrasekar - The ride or dies. My amazing team who consistently delivers value to our big name partners. I am always learning from them, and we are constantly pushing each other to raise the bar higher and higher. Andy Zschach, Brad Grabowski, and Himalaya Kachhawaha - Succeeding in CS is just as much about managing internal relationships as it is managing external ones. Fortunately, I get the pleasure of working with two cross-functional champions in making dreams a reality. Setting proper expectations and delivering above those is how you create a solid base of external champions you can reference for success stories! Brandon Card, Pradeep Thangavel, and Eric Pritchett - NEXT. LEVEL. LEADERSHIP. To have a unified leadership team that believes in the quality of your work and is invested in your growth is unbelievable. Terzo is growing rapidly, and a big part of that is thanks to this incredible leadership team.
