COLLABORATION! That was the theme I took from the knowledge shared by speakers at the Power + Utilities Australia leadership summit. We heard from leaders focused on gender equity, first nations ownership, the voice of rural communities, and the education of consumers. Representatives from government, universities, research, product development and corporate businesses. From engineers to policy makers. Those focused on clean energy generation, others transmission and some distribution.   There was acknowledgement of the significant challenges that we face in working towards net zero including the required rate of change, the technical challenges with our infrastructure and grid, and the education required in the community. Tackling the challenge of our generation is going to require working together in a spirit of inclusion. Listening, seeking to understand and cooperate so that many can meaningfully contribute, and all are taken on the journey to a clean and liveable future. COLLABORATION will be key! Some may say herein lies our greatest challenge....
