Hennepin County Energy & Environment just released the Project Manager’s Guide to Material Reuse in Commercial Buildings, with specification language, guidance for procurement, and case studies of successful reuse projects around the country. This unprecedented new resource will help owners, architects, and contractors integrate reused materials in commercial scale construction projects. Over one million tons of construction and demolition waste sent to Minnesota landfills annually could be salvaged and reused.
