An idea surfaced after a reading post from Tom DeRosa about floating PV arrays: fix the inclination of individual solar panels and rotate the entire raft throughout the day to maximize energy capture. Requiring only one motor and cable, this approach could cheaper than traditional land-based systems. Thoughts?

A DOE-funded study led by GE Vernova has demonstrated how integrating exhaust gas recirculation in carbon capture systems for natural gas power plants can reduce costs while capturing 95% of CO2 emissions.
