What I love hearing constantly from the diversified range of Alumni leaders I work with is the impact our flagship Executive Colloquium has on them following attendance (be it three days, three months or three years later). It is a program all say they continue to reflect back on and share learnings with more broadly across their organisational teams and communities.
Attending the Colloquium, finds them not only exploring the foundational concepts aligned to ethical leadership, but enables them to discuss, challenge and consider their own views and biases in order to create their own personal launch pad for further thought, practice and confidence in decision making (especially when we know the reality of working out what is fair and just in our own organisations must always take into account the systemic nature and challenges at play). No decision is easy as we know.
As humans we really are better together and through connection like this, great wisdom comes….so why not get on board now alongside other intelligent leaders and enrol in our Executive Colloquium today...
After a week with absolutely brilliant, generous and inspirational people inspecting the foundations of Australian society, morals and structure, I am so humbled and grateful to work with our cohort of leaders at the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications and the Arts. Our week with Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership was as challenging and uncomfortable as depicted below, but I am all the more richer for the time spent building the relationships and reinspecting purpose of leadership, public service and what it means to live a good life while enabling others to live their version of their good life, all without requiring anyone to suffer for it.

Trust is the foundation of strong leadership and it is at the core of any relationship or organization success.
Several common strategies for building, maintaining, and rebuilding trust.
Communicating clearly, openly, and honestly is one of the most effective ways to establish and enhance trust. Establishing trust also includes leading by example and walking the talk. There is nothing more damaging to trust than to say one thing and do another.
