🌟 Exciting Times Ahead! 🚀 West 2024 is just around the corner, and it's the perfect time to gear up for a successful engagement strategy on the exhibit floor! Here's a 4-tier approach to make the most out of your experience:
1️⃣ Scope Out Government Support:
Identify the locations where the government will be supporting a booth or pavilion. West targets the Navy. Customer like The NavSea Warfare Center, Joint Communications Support Element (JCSE), Joint Tactical Networking Center (JTNC), Marine Corps Pavilion, Information Warfare Research Project (IWRP), and DoD SBIR/STTR Program Office are actively participating.
2️⃣ Day 1 Game Plan:
Visit large business booths on Day 1 to uncover after-hours networking events hosted by iconic companies. Lockheed Martin, GDIT, Boeing, SAIC, Huntington Ingalls, Deloitte, HP, IBM, L3 Harris, and Leidos are on the list!
3️⃣ Conference Intel Gathering:
Strategically plan discussions with vital entities:
GSA FEDSIM: Gather intel on opportunities and procurement strategies.
NASA SEWP: Get insights on SEWP VI and stay ahead of the game.
NIH NITAAC: Validate or dispel rumors about CIO-SP4.
4️⃣ Networking Master Plan:
Schedule meet-ups with familiar names before the event begins.
Be flexible and present in the moment – avoid checking emails on the conference floor.
Pro-Tip: Long lines at booths with signature coffee or promotions are golden opportunities for organic conversations. Skip the emails and enjoy the flow! ☕🤝
