At 12.05am on the 27th February there were over 40,000 visitors to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency website. This was one of the facts I learned last week. Alongside themes like: Do organisations actually need more skills? What’s happened since Australia’s gender pay gap information was released? How are companies tackling hybrid working intelligently? These came out of the #AvatureUpfront at the Four Seasons Sydney. I was there with my Digital Affair hat on. Connecting with other partners and companies to learn more about what they’re focused on snd also sharing how DA thinks about employer branding.
