Urban Company - this was the last time i am dealing with you. Your customer service is a DEAD machine!! I had booked and paid online for a cleaning service which was scheduled for yesteday and was booked over 4 days back. Without ANY INFORMATION this service booking was cancelled at your end as a result no one showed up. What's worse? - I have been part refunded and the remainder of my money has been deducted as "cancellation charges" for a cancellation done at your end WITHOUT INFORMATION TO ME!!!! Is this what the Urban Company stands for?

1moA serious concern we have faced with urban company as a customer, where it lead us to lost the hope and creates insecurity.As you send your employees to customer home, It should be more careful not to form co- link between customer care and employees to loot money from customers. That incident was total shock. I am using your service for long,but first time experienced it in a particular location. Can be given proof with evidence , if you send personal message.
