Earlier in June, we joined the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit in Warsaw, Poland, where 14,000 women gathered to discuss the future of technology. Engineering leaders from our newest tech hub in Kraków organised workshops and seminars and we connected with many brilliant minds. Our engineering manager Magdalena Ostrogórska joined a panel discussion to talk about how female tech leaders shape the future of technology. She also held a tech talk on the evolution of vehicle architectures – and how our company is an example of automotive technology shifting from being hardware-centric to more software-defined. Our tech hub in Kraków is a key software development centre which will play a crucial role in our ambition to be a leader in new technology and become fully electric by 2030. It opened last year, is growing fast and today, 60 per cent of its engineering managers are women. Keen to join us shape the future of mobility? We’re always on the lookout for talented people. Check out our Career page.
