We were all so relaxed. {It helped that we were sitting on a boat in a quiet bay}. When the 30 minutes was up, we were all that much less dialed in. There was a calm about us. It opened the door for patient conversation. Each one of us opened up. We connected as a family. With all the adventure and fun that we have it's rare that we get that opportunity to just 'be'. It was glorious and I've found a new house rule! * * * * * #howtobuycommercialrealestathwithnomoneydown #howtostartbuyingcommercialrealestate #howtobuycommercialrealestate #howtobuyabuilding #howmuchdoesitcosttobuyabuilding #howmuchdoesitcosttobuyacommercial building #howtolearnaboutcommercialrealestateinvesting #commercialrealestateinvestmentsales #triplenetleaseprosandcons #womenincommercialrealestate #commercialrealestatecoaching

Trade Area Mapping - In recent news, it was mentioned that “In & Out Burger” was closing its first location ever. The location selected for closure is in Oakland CA off of Hegenberger Road and I-880 between the Oakland Airport and the Oakland Coliseum. According to news articles, the reason for the closure is increased crime and car robberies. The two nearest locations that would pick up a majority of the sales are in Alameda and San Leandro. Here is a map that shows the before and after “trade areas,” using the simple Areas of Influence or Thiessen Polygons approach to mapping trade areas. The San Leandro location would pick up the potential sales south of Hegenberger Road, and the Alameda location would pick up the potential sales north of Hegenberger Road. #Maptitude #GIS #innoutburger

Senior Manager Maintenance and Contract Procurement at Scotts Contract Services Ltd scottscontracts.co.uk
There’s a lot to be said for a bit of ‘hustle’ as modern (and slightly cringey) parlance would have it. You see it all over ‘the gram’ and TikTok and all those other places I’m probably not cool enough to hang out. (See… I said hang out.) But what about good old solid consistency in hard work and reliability? Scotts Contracts has been going for over 30 years. Considering the amount of businesses that fail within a few years — whether it’s a bricks and mortar or some young buck or buckette selling protein powder from their bedroom — 30 odd years of solid growth is pretty damn good. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for the entrepreneurial spirit. Crack on. Create something. Make it as big as you care to dream… but don’t chuck it in when it gets tough… and don’t forget that, especially in the contract world dealing with busy and hardworking Property Managers and suchlike, trust and reliability is what is needed and wanted most. Anyway, here’s our latest little short post. Cheers and hashtag and all that. 😂👍 https://lnkd.in/eYiw7nur
