We hosted our Best CX event ever – AMA’s 5th Annual CX Forum - to celebrate our designation as “Best Employee Driven CX Team AND Best CX Team in the US”! AMA employees shared heartwarming stories about what it takes to be an AMA friction fighter. Our customer video made it clear why we #Fight for a seamless X, and more than 40 employees entered the event in marching band style with signs showing their CX accomplishments. Happy to share that I’ve earned the Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) designation from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA)! The program provides professional recognition of individuals with high levels of knowledge of the customer experience discipline.

Today’s the day! 🎉 Our second research paper, co-authored with Deloitte Digital and the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) has landed 🛬 The report was produced with data drawn from a Natter we hosted for some of the world’s top CX leaders, who represent over 1 billion customers (!!). 🌍 The purpose of the Natter was to explore their thoughts on AI, humanity and the customer experience. 🤖 Using Natter’s tech we summarised the data in minutes, turning conversations into insights. ⏱ Curious to know what we learned?
