I have a wealth of experience in adult psychiatric care, newcomer settlement, shelter and substance use services, adolescent care, and mediation. My focus covers a wide range of areas, from tackling feelings of shame and learning self-compassion to working through complex trauma, understanding neurodivergence, and navigating relationship challenges.

In our sessions, you can expect a friendly and down-to-earth environment. I offer a strong therapeutic toolbox and a commitment to non-judgemental, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed counselling. I will work with you to mobilize your strengths so that you can start to make changes towards the fulfilling life you deserve.
