Brandon graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Master of Arts in Counseling and has experience working with marginalized and minority populations, specifically BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ individuals as well as families and teens. Brandon sees therapy through an Indigenous lens similar to the life they grew up with on the reservation. This means that the therapeutic process is connected, communal, and focused on holistic approaches to issues which often means looking beyond just the surface level problems. Brandon works with clients to help them create long term, more permanent change so that they can better understand and manage.

Rachel A. Coleman, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist who works primarily with couples. Her first goal is to give couples a framework that de-catastrophizes what they're going through, followed by development of a path toward new stability and connection in their relationship. She strongly believes if a couple can make sense of things together, see each other more clearly and kindly and work together to manage challenges, their relationship can become a source of tremendous well-being. Although most of her work at Life Change is with couples, she also works with some individual clients.

Leanne (she/her) is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy, and Hypnotherapy. She utilizes an evidence-based approach that is grounded in psychoeducation, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Before focusing on sex therapy, she worked with clients to address issues such as anxiety, depression, domestic violence, infidelity, anger management, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

I received my Masters degree in Counseling Psychology in 1985 from Illinois State University, and pursuing my doctorate in Counseling Education at the University of New Mexico. In 1985, I started my professional psychology career in Illinois on one of the first crisis hotline linked mobile psychiatric crisis intervention teams in the nation. It was awarded the National Award for Significant Achievement in the Field of Psychiatry from the American Psychiatric Association. I am a behavioral health clinical director for Presbyterian Medical Services specializing in Assertive Community Treatment and psychiatric Mobile Crisis Response.
