Abby primarily works with clients ages 16 and above to address issues such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life stressors and trauma related issues. Abby works collaboratively with the client and meets them where they are, recognizing that they are their own life expert and guides them with the tools to help them heal within themselves and assist them in finding realistic, effective ways to cope in everyday life. Abby is a firm believer in normalizing the discussion of mental health and helping you feel comfortable with exploring your emotions.

I love people on the Autism Spectrum and value them for who they are. My goal is to help them becomes as independent, happy, and healthy as possible. I see Autism and its strengths as something to be cherished, not something to be "fixed." I also love supporting the people who guide persons with Autism and want them to feel as though they are supported as well.
