I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio and South Carolina with over 20 years of practical therapeutic experience and education in the mental health field. I specialize in women's issues, Anxiety, Coping Skills, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, and behavior patterns in your adult life that stem from stressors, abuse, neglect, and trauma experienced in childhood. I utilize a mix of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Trauma Focused, Strength-Based, Attachment-based, and Psychodynamic therapy. I believe we are all works in progress, and balance in life is essential to improving one's life.

Diaspora Health and Wellness is mental health counseling agency that focuses on the BIPOC (black, indigenous, and people of color) Community. Diaspora offers holistic wellness with a culturally competent focus. We believe here at Diaspora that representation matters and are working towards increasing representation for the BIPOC community in mental health.

Jason Stofel has been working in the field of social work in various settings since 1994. He began as a direct care staff serving youth involved in the juvenile court system in Delaware, Ohio as well as working with children and teens placed in out of home care at The United Methodist Children's Home. It was in these two settings that he learned the importance of building relationships, providing consistency and behavioral management. He then entered into doing Community Based counseling at Directions for Youth and Families, serving at risk youth and their loved ones.

I have been in the profession for over 12 years, and in that time I have worked with a large variety of clients. I started working in a mental health residential treatment facility for adolescents, then worked in community health care, substance abuse residential treatment and private practice. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, addictions and LGBTQ+ hurdles. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse heal and become healthier, as well as embrace the happiness in their lives.

My mission is to help my clients find freedom and healing from past traumas. My clinical experience has involved 5 years of working with individuals suffering from addiction, anxiety, depression, and processing traumatic experiences. Many people struggle with perfectionism, need to feel in control, social anxiety, feelings of inferiority and fears of abandonment.

I believe in every person's ability to heal, change, and grow. I specialize in anxiety and depression, grief, trauma, relationships, fertility, pregnancy and post-partum issues. I can help you identify your unique strengths and resources to work through these issues. I provide strategies to reduce and manage the emotional effects of these, while supporting you in understanding the core issues and building positive coping skills to move forward. Therapy is a collaborative process and we work together to reach your goals. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to specialize sessions according to your concerns and your life.

Niki Gillette started her journey at LifeStance in February 2023 as a social work trainee. Niki graduated with her Bachelor of Psychology in 2016 and then worked in an inpatient psychiatric hospital for five years where she fell in love with this field even more. Niki has always had a passion for helping others reach the best possible versions of themselves which she incorporates in her practice with all age groups and with those who suffer from anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and many other conditions that affect one's day-to-day living.

My passion is helping people move from a life of surviving to thriving. Most of us have found a way to "get through," yet sometimes we find ourselves feeling unfulfilled and/or overwhelmed. I enjoy working with people who want to understand the root of their symptoms and then discover new ways of living that work better for them and their values. Often people coming through my door identify concerns such as people-pleasing, a history of dysfunction in their family growing up, religious or spiritual concerns, or difficulty adjusting after a transition.

Having worked in an inpatient behavioral health setting for 15 years, I have encountered a variety of mental health diagnoses which has provided me with an abundance of experience to offer my clients. Although I have worked with all demographic, I specifically enjoy working with older children and adolescents.

Matt Wick, LCSW Matt Wick is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Ohio who has been practicing since 2013. He has a Bachelors in Sociology from Ohio Northern University and a Masters in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University. Matt believes that everyone has the right to live in their best life and be given the best treatment to help them get there. In his spare time, Matt enjoys jigsaw puzzles, reading, hiking, traveling, swimming, watching movies, and television.

She received her undergraduate degree in Recreational Therapy from the University of Toledo and is currently completing a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Dayton. Prior to LifeStance, Charlotte has years of experience working as an adjunctive therapist at an inpatient psychiatric hospital. Charlotte's holistic approach to treatment is aimed at understanding and healing the mind, body, and spirit.
