In therapy, I work on helping children have better awareness of their emotions, how to express their emotions in a healthy way, increase frustration tolerance, and process their life experiences. My experience (15 years) in the educational field as a teacher of special education/regular ed/gifted ed, and as a school counselor, has been so beneficial in my private practice, (34 years) working with children/families.
