Accepting new clients with immediate openings in-person and remote! Therapy is about you, your self-defined goals, your perspective, and your experience. I believe you already have what you need inside to be successful in your healing journey. I see myself as a guide and holder-of-hope to identify, navigate, and remove the barriers that prevent peace and joy. I enjoy working with a wide range of presenting concerns, and I have expertise in treating teens, trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, and LGBTQ clients. I will guide our sessions with a strengths-based, person-centered, inclusive perspective.

Life can bring different challenges that can impact how you feel about yourself and others. I believe that having a safe, honest, and validating space allows you to cultivate the awareness necessary to explore how you want to grow forward. In our work together, I will walk alongside you as you navigate the relationship with yourself and others.

I work to provide my clients with a space where they can unpack their past and present experiences without fear of judgement. Ideally, this unpacking helps my clients to understand themselves and their symptoms more holistically: they are not defective. Rather, they are individuals striving to live the best lives they can with the tools at their disposal.

Limited openings for clients! What our kids experience and learn in their early years becomes the way they live in and make sense of the world. From family conflict, grief, divorce, or adoption to mental health or school challenges, I believe in the healing power of making children feel heard, known, and valued. It is a privilege to be with families in their parenting journey - however and wherever it is going. From toddlers to pre-teens, I enjoy working with kids of all ages, identities, and needs.

We all face difficult life situations and challenges. I counsel adults and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, managing work/academic stressors, adjustment issues, parent-child relational issues, sport psychology and insomnia. I use a practical and behavioral approach to coping with problems. I believe in solution focused strategies for the individual. Counseling can teach individuals new ways to cope, communicate, change perspective and establish healthy patterns. Treatment can be brief with positive results to help people live a happier and more fulfilling life.

Hello and welcome! I'm Cathy, I have a deep commitment to supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, those healing from religious trauma, and adolescents on their transformative journeys. A large percentage of my clients are neurodivergent and I am neurodivergent myself. My passion lies in creating empowering and inclusive therapeutic spaces where individuals can embrace their authentic selves and find healing and growth. I also have experience working with trans individuals, late diagnosed autistic individuals, ADHD, AuDHD, other LGBTQ+ individuals, and helping partners and parents of the above listed individuals.

Micah Lane has been in the helping professions for over 10 years. He has experience with community mental health and inpatient acute care. The experience has been crucial for him to grow and mature as a therapist to better meet the needs of his patients. He works from a Person-Centered perspective, but also utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques as well. He is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and looks forward to helping his clients to work towards change in their lives.

We all have struggles from time to time. Life can bring loss, disappointment, confusion, frustration, and the feeling of being completely overwhelmed. The clutter of emotions can take over our lives and affect our relationships. A counselor provides an emphatic ear, support, and a safe place to sort through the struggles and emotions. As a therapist, one of my main goals is to cultivate an environment where clients feel safe, heard and respected. Because each individual is unique and on their own journey, I believe it is important to meet each client where they are at emotionally. There is great power in the vulnerability of the therapeutic experience and I work to develop both a helping and empathetic relationship with my clients. Together, we can work towards conquering the various experiences life has to throw at us!
