With over seven years of experience working with patients in the medical field, children/families in child welfare and mental health institutions, you'll be attended to with the most up to date evidence based practice tools and methods.

I am a trained clinician that studies in depression, anxiety, and trauma. I provide individual and family therapy to clients that might be struggling with effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting problems, ADHD, and anger management. My therapy style is warm, interactive and direct. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Mostly I don't believe in stigmatizing labels.

As a counselor, I believe that each person was created with inherent value, individual experiences, and a deep history that forms who they are and who they are becoming. After time to reflect and process, meaning and purpose can be found in the most difficult circumstances. People often have the answers they are seeking within themselves, they just need a place to process through the possibilities. Watching people discover their capabilities is one of my greatest joys! I use Reality Therapy to help clients on improving present relationships and circumstances, while steering away from much discussion of past events.

Chandra Buss serves as a therapist at Oklahoma Christian Counseling and first developed an interest in holistic healing while serving in the medical field as a Licensed Practical Nurse in emergency medicine for over 15 years. Experiences as a nurse prompted Chandra to transition from the medical field to mental health, with a passion for approaching therapy from a holistic perspective.

At Oklahoma Clarity Therapy, I work with clients to find clarity and develop emotional resistance. These skills can help you work through the issues that are causing stress and pain. My goal is to help you through difficult times that might be related to the death of a loved one, family or relationship problems, divorce, school or work stress, loss of a job, or any unexpected struggle in life. I believe positive change is possible regardless of one's circumstances in life. I have been in practice for 15 years. I have experience with children, adolescents, families, couples, and individuals.

Sherry earned both her bachelor's degree and Master's of Social Work degree at the University of Oklahoma. Over the years, she has helped people from all walks of life and experiences work through anxiety, depression, grief, and PTSD. Certified in the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).. Sherry works to help her clients regain their power by treating the whole person "“ mind, body, and spirit. An Oklahoma native, she is a Member Emeritus of the OU Social Work Board of Visitors and is an active volunteer throughout the community.
