Janice Ugarriza is a bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. She has worked in many settings including residential, inpatient, and partial hospitalization programs. She works with children, adolescents, and adults in individual, group, and family therapy. She is trauma-informed and specializes in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, addictions, ADHD, autism, relationship issues, and major life transitions. Janice completed her Master of Science and an Advanced Certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Ellen Ulmer is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2005. She has a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Chatham College (University). Ellen has experience working with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan and in various settings treating mood disorders, grief and loss, adjustment to transitions, and addiction among other issues. Ellen's approach includes empowering clients to believe in their own self-worth and ability to find solutions. Her theater background also makes her attuned to interpersonal connection and non-verbal communication.

Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder 1 &2, ADHD, Autism and Attachment are some of the main issues that bring clients to me. I have worked in mental, behavioral and relational health for the last ten years and am excited to welcome couples, duos, ethically and consensually non-monogamous clients as well as individuals. One approach to issues which I have adopted in my practice is the idea that all behavior is communication, sometimes we need some help finding out what we are trying to say.

Holly Umbs is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who specializes in working with children and adults who have sexual, physical, and/or emotional abuse histories. Holly has also done extensive family therapy. Holly completed her Master of Arts (MA) in Mental Health Counseling at Geneva College. She holds a family-based certification and a certification in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT). Holly’s clients often aim to get past the past and establish healthy thinking patterns and actions. She enjoys helping her clients realize that their pasts do not have to intrude upon or control their presents.
