I offer a variety of services tailored to meet your needs including career counseling, coping skills, life changes, life coaching, martial and premartial counseling, parenting, relationships, academic and SEL for kids. I also enjoy working with groups to deliver dynamic professional development sessions and work with self-care. I can meet in person in our Wyomissing office, or by video. In person visits may optionally include taking a walk together as part of a coaching, therapy, or counseling session.

I am a licensed Professional Counselor in PA, DE, and NJ. With over 18 years of experience, I have worked with all different ages, populations, and concerns. I am a seasoned therapist with training in CBT, DBT, and Trauma. I will help bring back balance in the client's life by addressing their emotional and behavioral needs. I have extensive knowledge and experience addressing blended families, parenting challenges, and conflict resolution. We will work together to understand the "whys" and build better strategies to improve the areas in your life you want to change. We will look at ways to improve communication with others.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and an Educator. I hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from LaSalle University and a Doctorate in Human Sexuality from Widener University. I maintain a private practice in Flourtown, Pennsylvania. I teach Clinical Counseling and Human Sexuality as an Adjunct Faculty member in LaSalle University's Graduate Psychology Program.
