Ray has 16+ years of experience working in the field of Mental Health with children, adolescents, and adults and assists his clients by drawing on their strengths and helping them develop healthy lifestyle habits that set the foundation for overall life stability. Some of his specialty areas are trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, ADHD, psychosis, and life transitions. Ray has a passion for providing the best quality of services to individuals struggling from a variety of mental health challenges.

My work tends to attract clients who are ready to outgrow old patterns of behavior, thought, and emotion that no longer serve them. The clients I work with have been through pain - like myself - and need someone to help them fully heal, forgive, and pull the greatness from their pain. Such pain may present as depression, anxiety, relational issues, professional stress, lack of fulfillment, anger, etc. Whatever the symptom, we will trace the fruit back to its roots, plant new seeds, starve the old, and grow the new. I LOVE my work and was born to do it. I look forward to laughing, crying, striving, growing, and learning together.

But the truth is, life can be messy, and navigating its ups and downs can be HARD. Having someone to act as a sounding board, teach us how to stay grounded, and support us in shifting our perspective, can be invaluable. Whether working with individuals or couples, I do my best work with adults who feel stuck in their lives, have decided that enough is enough, and are looking for relief, and fast.

I have been working with children, adolescents and adults for 34 years as a soccer coach, and providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families in Northern Virginia since 2015. I have a deep passion for working with people, and especially children, adolescents, and young adults. Michelle “Micky” Greene is a therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who strives to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for each person she serves. Micky has experience treating a diverse range of diagnoses and life challenges such as trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, and LGBTQIA+ issues. Micky earned her Master's degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, and majored in psychology and gender/sexuality/women’s studies at William & Mary. She uses a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to build a genuine relationship with her clients.
