T’was the night before (some) schools start, when all through the house (parents sigh a relief, school is back). Not a creature was stirring (except the rotten banana you found in the bottom of the bag from term 4). 🥴 Don’t worry parents and caregivers, we’ve got your back! Keep your eyes peeled for lunchbox tips, tricks and ideas coming your way over the next few weeks! 👀 But to pose a question, has the haunted rotten banana ever made an appearance in your house? 🍌

Do yoooooooooou know why Australian Open athletes eat bananas as their pre-game snack? Bananas are the ultimate pre-game fuel! They’re packed with natural carbohydrates for quick energy, potassium to help prevent muscle cramps, and B vitamins to support endurance. Plus, they’re easy to digest — giving players a steady release of energy without weighing them down. Whether you're hitting the court or tackling a busy day, a banana is a simple, powerful snack to keep you going! 💪🍌
