Site Visit Safety Update: Acknowledging our teams Recently, we had the privilege of hosting Perenti's Corporate Assurance Manager and Vice President of Safety and Sustainability on a tour of our operations. We visited rigs at the HPPL Round Hill and RTIO Rhodes Ridge projects, as well as the Newman yard, to provide them with firsthand insight into how we at Ranger conduct our work. The feedback from the Perenti team was overwhelmingly positive. They engaged in meaningful conversations with our crews and were particularly impressed with Ranger's safety culture. They noted that everyone they spoke to expressed genuine pride in being part of Ranger—a sentiment that truly reflects the strength of our team. While some of our rigs had already wrapped up for the year, including our Diamond rigs, which were in the process of end-of-year cleaning, the visits to operational rigs were a highlight. Acknowledgments: • HPPL and RTIO Crews: A big thank you to all the teams we met during the visit for their professionalism and commitment to safety. • Mason Wright (Rig 8, HPPL): Exceptional work leading the induction and providing a clear explanation of RC drilling, particularly for one of our visitors who was new to the discipline. The team’s focus during the rig move and collaring a hole demonstrated the precision and dedication we pride ourselves on. • Ryan Parry (Rig 16 RTIO): Your personal safety share added depth to the discussion and showcased the importance of chronic unease in maintaining vigilance during operations. • Giovanni Kerehoma, our HSET Advisor, who joined us onsite and played a key role in supporting the visit. As always, his enthusiasm, professionalism, and proactive engagement were on full display. Thanks, G, for exemplifying the Ranger standard. These visits highlighted the exceptional work our teams do every day, reinforcing our commitment to safety and operational excellence. Well done to all! #Perenti #SafetyFirst

This October, we proudly kicked off our Choose Safety campaign - a dedicated moment to pause, reflect, and re-centre on why safety is at the heart of all we do. Our leadership team took to the road, visiting crews and rigs to spark meaningful conversations about what safety truly means. The insights we heard were inspiring: ❤️ Ensuring everyone goes home safely to their loved ones. 👷♂️ Supporting teammates and looking out for one another. 🚲 Making time for the passions and hobbies that keep life fulfilling. This campaign wasn’t just about defining what safety looks like or the steps we take to achieve it - it was about uncovering the WHY behind our commitment. These heartfelt reflections serve as a powerful reminder of the purpose driving every safety action we take. We make safety personal, purposeful, and unwavering. A sincere thank you to everyone who shared their stories and perspectives. Your input strengthens our commitment to Choose Safety and to keep doing what we do best. Together, we Choose Safety - because every action matters. #ChooseSafety #SafetyCulture #EveryActionCounts #BetterBeforeBigger
