The sector’s advocate and Executive Director of the Retirement Living Council, Daniel Gannon also highlighted that many residents see their move as the best decision they’ve made and feel well supported in their decision. This discussion does reinforces the need for transparency, robust policies, and strong processes in retirement villages.
