  • ⛪ The Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral in Paris has reopened its doors after five years of renovation following a devastating fire 🔥. Many companies contributed to this restoration, including several Walloon companies that brought their expertise 💪. 📖 https://lnkd.in/eSjNu6tb 🪵 The company artbois was the first to intervene just hours after the flames ravaged the historic monument. Artbois manufactures laminated wooden beams and sent four trucks loaded with 24-meter beams to support the walls and prevent them from collapsing. 🪨 Carrières du Hainaut supplied 800m² of blue stone to rebuild the cathedral's damaged flooring, which was impacted by the collapse of the spire in the heart of the cathedral.
