    🔍 Did you know that 66% of BEV drivers* feel that charging on long trips is wasted time? This crucial insight, derived from our research team, was one important insight that helped us develop a service that truly meets Audi customers' needs. Our user research means finding the right method for every situation and every phase of #product development. This ranges from widely used quantitative online #surveys and remote #interviews to long-term pilot studies and in-car testing in our (prototype) vehicles onsite. For example: One of our research tool is a seat box, a simulated environment that allows research participants to experience and test #services in real-life scenarios. This hands-on testing with the seat box allows us to observe and gather direct feedback from the participants and keeps us closely connected to (potential) #Audi customers and their needs and wishes. 🙌 An exemplary outcome of our research is the digital service Audi charge and explore. Our findings highlighted significant wishes for #BEV drivers: 🔌 85% of BEV drivers* were dissatisfied with the infrastructure near charging stations. In response, Audi charge and explore suggests charging stations located near e.g. cafes, restaurants, or shopping areas to enhance the charging experience. 🔌 Over 60% of the interviewees* felt the need to manually optimize their routes, using different apps. As a result, our service simplifies planning by consolidating this process into a single, user-friendly solution. And of course, we are still in further exchange with our participants to continue to develop our digital services the way our audience wants to have them.
