Recently, SATNUS has carried out the planned flight test campaign at the facilities of the El Arenosillo Experimentation Centre (CEDEA) in Huelva, part of the activities assigned to #SATNUS in Pillar 3 of the #NGWS/ #FCAS, responsible for the maturation of technologies for Remote Carriers and Manned-Unmanned Teaming. With the support of Instituto Nacional de Técnica Aeroespacial «Esteban Terradas» and for two weeks, SATNUS has carried out multiple validation flights of the MCSD demonstration platform (a modified target drone system), meeting the objectives set and establishing new challenges for future campaigns. The Seeker UAS, tested by the Spanish Marine Infantry Brigade (BRIMAR), is a cutting-edge lightweight drone designed for extreme environments. With a take-off weight of just 3.6 kg, this fixed-wing system excels in heavy rain and coastal operations.
