Established in 1996 as a tribute to the ideals of late Smt. Shantaba and late Shri Shantilal Adani, the Adani Foundation stands for the values of courage, trust and commitment. In Vizhinjam (Kerala), the #AdaniFoundation’s SEVAH Kitchen Garden program is enabling women (mostly belonging to fisherfolk communities) to cultivate and consume pesticide-free fruits & vegetables in their own households. The initiative has brought about an impressive transformation in the lives of more than 1,760 families, significantly improving their health & overall well-being. As part of our CSR initiatives with the Adani Foundation , we organised a Free Eye Screening and Spectacle Distribution Drive at the Cargo Truck Terminal of #CSMIA from 11th to 13th March 2025. During this drive, 618 truck drivers underwent eye screening and 424 drivers were provided with free spectacles to aid their vision. Each driver also received a vision card with a toll-free helpline for ongoing guidance on eye care. The #AdaniFoundation has facilitated the support of wheelchair e-scooters to 15 specially-abled persons in Kattupalli (Tamil Nadu). The move is a reflection of our continued commitment towards enhancing their socio-economic well-being. The Foundation also inaugurated a newly-constructed community hall in the region. Through our holistic interventions, we remain committed in bringing about a positive change in the lives of community members at the grassroots.
