Maud Caubet Architectes completed the Racine Tower project in Paris‘s 12th arrondissement. This ambitious undertaking transformed the former headquarters of the ONF (Office National des Forêts), a 35-meter-high tower built in 1970, into a striking new #architecture. The project’s extensions and a new architectural crown mark a dramatic metamorphosis. The contemporary extension, which wraps the building and flows around the site’s majestic trees, mirrors the original architecture’s curves while preserving its iconic silhouette. Gensler remains at the top with over $1.5 billion in fee income and 3,065 architects. Arcadis makes a notable "debut" at #2, marking a leap for the Netherlands-based firm, with 1,956 architects and fee income of $370 million to $379 million. HDR, now ranked #3, reports a fee income of $700 million to $799 million, maintaining its global influence. Sweco climbs to #4 as the sole European firm in the top five, with 1,504 architects and a focus on sustainable urban design. Nikken Sekkei Ltd, now at #5, continues to lead in urban planning and architectural services. South Korea's Heerim Architects & Planners Co., Ltd. rises to #6, reflecting the country's growing global presence. Emerging markets see steady growth. India's DSP Design Associates (#47) leads with a fee income of $30 million to $39 million, while Morphogenesis (#63) and Sanjay Puri Architects (#91) highlight the country’s innovative approaches. The Philippines strengthens its position with Aidea at #39 and ASYA DESIGN at #79. British firms continue their strong presence, led by Foster + Partners (#20), Zaha Hadid Architects (#28), BDP (Building Design Partnership Ltd) (#23), Chapman Taylor (#46) and Purcell (#67). Notable European players include austrian ATP architects engineers (#13), LINK Arkitektur (#33) from Norway, and Spain’s Morph Estudio (#77) and IDOM Consulting, Engineering, Architecture(#43). France’s Wilmotte & Associés Architectes (#52) and Switzerland’s Itten+Brechbühl AG (#53) further reflect Europe’s design excellence. The absence of firms like MVRDV and BIG - Bjarke Ingels Group signals shifting dynamics as newer firms rise. Meanwhile, mid-tier firms like Lemay (#30) and gmp von Gerkan, Marg and Partners Architects (#16) demonstrate strong growth, underscoring the industry’s evolving landscape. Henning Larsen, in partnership with Ramboll, Cistri, Gehl - Making Cities for People, Participate in Design, and Camphora Pte. Ltd., will lead the transformation of Singapore's North-South Corridor into vibrant, interconnected spaces, embodying the city's vision of a ‘City in Nature.'
