Members of ITFA's flagship origination-focused DNI Initiative is delighted to invite you to our first in-person seminar on Digital Negotiable Instruments taking place in the United States.   As policy developments continue to shape digital innovations across transport and trade finance based on #MLETR, several G7 nations have promptly upgraded their legal frameworks to embrace digital negotiable instruments as recommended by UNCITRAL: United Nations Commission on International Trade Law since 2017. This is opening a new era for businesses and lenders as new use cases and value propositions can be developed to increase product differentiation and client satisfaction. Also, those policies rely on advanced technologies such as cryptography and digital assets and deliver concrete benefits to our industry in terms of interoperability, protection against fraud, user experience and scalability.   The US market has progressed much on the policy side which has influenced our decision to host this #MLETR 2025 Planning Seminar for the US market in New York City.
