The 67 Pall Mall Group is a collection of Members’ Clubs devoted to fine wine. Our founding Club in London opened in 2015, with the accessibility of fine wine at the heart of everything we do. With locations in London, Verbier and Singapore, Members enjoy access to each Club location, all home to the largest wine lists in their respective regions. 67 Pall Mall have secured sites in Beaune, Bordeaux and Melbourne, which are due to open in 2025.   • We are delighted to welcome Dan Page to the London Club as our new Executive Chef. With a wealth of experience spanning Michelin-starred kitchens and high-volume dining operations, Dan brings his culinary expertise and a passion for fine dining to our kitchen brigade. Dan’s career highlights include playing a key role in the success of ION by Simon Rogan in Malta, where the restaurant earned its second Michelin star during his tenure. Previously, he held leadership roles at City Social in London, a one Michelin-starred and a three AA Rosette-rated restaurant by Jason Atherton, where he progressed from Head Chef to Executive Head Chef. Dan has also contributed to the success of such renowned establishments like Pollen Street Social in Mayfair, where he was Sous Chef in a one-star Michelin, five AA Rosette setting, serving over 200 covers daily. With his dedication to sustainability, seasonality and innovative menu development, the Club is excited to bring Dan’s creativity and leadership to the fore in our kitchen.     Reflecting on last autumn’s rare 10-vintage vertical tasting of MR de Compostella, when we caught up with winemakers Bruwer Raats and Mzokhona Mvemve.   • In our Singapore Club... 11 sommeliers from Taiwan, Mainland China, Vietnam, Singapore, South Korea, and Malaysia came together to represent their countries at Asia’s Best Sommelier in French Wines 2024. Through intense rounds of tasting, pairing, and presentation, they showcased their mastery and passion for French wines. Judged by an esteemed panel of international wine experts, including leading sommeliers, educators, and industry professionals, the competition celebrated the art of French wine appreciation. We are thrilled to announce that the title was awarded to Assistant Head Sommelier Yong Yi Ying, whose exceptional skill and dedication to French wines impressed the judges and earned her this prestigious honour.   • Looking back at the London Club highlights of 2024, one moment that truly stood out was our vertical tasting of Pol Roger’s prestige Champagne, Cuvée Sir Winston Churchill. Hosted by Hubert de Billy, great-great-grandson of the house’s founder, the event showcased 20 vintages dating back to 1979, all served from magnum. We also had the pleasure of interviewing Hubert about the cuvée’s evolution over the years and the enduring connection between Churchill and Pol Roger.     Members saw in 2025 in style at our New Year’s Eve party last week, where the London Club came alive as guests in the Lounge were serenaded by a jazz band while the Clubroom was reinvented as a dancefloor to the soundtrack of DJ Babé Sila. A heartfelt thanks in particular to those Members who were so quick to lighten the load for our team of somms pouring the Nebuchadnezzar of Pol Roger Reserve Brut by the glass. Here’s to a new year of more great wines, memorable experiences and convivial moments at the Club.

  • Earlier this year, the wine team here at 67 Pall Mall introduced the Back Label newsletter, a monthly dispatch intended to bring to life some of the stories told in and around the Club. Our somms, buyers and wider team are fortunate to have an inside track on the wine world, be that via trips, tastings or the constant stream of winemakers and personalities who pass through our doors. We have pulled those conversations, reflections, opinions and insights into a monthly newsletter, from which we have recently started producing a curated edit for non-members.
