    "Poprvé v životě mi nevadí dělat timesheety." Áno, keď som sa pustil do vývoja Allfreda, hlavným cieľom bolo čo najviac uľahčiť život ľuďom v agentúrach. Hlavná výzva? Vyriešiť jeden z najväčších problémov agentúr - timesheety. To, čo nám na support napísala Kristyna, ma veľmi teší, lebo mi to ukazuje, že ideme správnym smerom. Ďakujem, Kristýna. Tento post ale nie je o timesheetoch. Je o zákazníckych reviews.  Kedy ste naposledy niekomu proaktívne napísali review?  Čo vás k tomu viedlo? V tejto review od Kristýny je vidieť všetko, čo je podľa mňa potrebné na to, aby ste opakovane získavali pozitívne recenzie (ktoré btw drivujú word of mouth a v konečnom dôsledku rast predajov). 1️⃣ Byť absolútnym expertom vo vašom produkte/službe. Poznať ho tak dokonale, že zakaždým zákazníka prekvapíte a inšpirujete. 2️⃣ Vedieť presne, čo klient potrebuje. Chápať ho 'na prvú' bez toho, aby to musel zdĺhavo vysvetľovať. Vtedy vám naozaj dôveruje, že rozumiete jeho 'painom'. 3️⃣ Byť tam pre klienta práve vtedy, keď to potrebuje. Nie vtedy keď máte na to čas, alebo to vyhovuje vám. A to je, samozrejme, procesne velmi náročná úloha. 4️⃣ Vybudovať si s každým klientom taký vzťah. Tak aby sa tešil na stretnutia s vami. Aby pre neho neboli 'len stretnutia s dodávateľom'. Naozajsný hrdina tohto postu, ktorého za tým všetkým nieje vidno, je Alexandra Gallisová. Saška má v Allfred na starosti onboarding agentúr a customer support. A všetky hore zmienené veci robí evidentne tak, že z nášho customer supportu je vlastne najlepší kanál na budovanie vzťahov s klientmi. Good job Saši! 👍 👏
