Officially a wrap across Newcastle and Sheffield this past week along with more check ins across the portfolio! Again, we were thrilled to welcome both new and returning residents to our properties as they join us for their university journey, settling into their new home away from home. A big thank you to the local businesses and event teams who helped make the weekends welcoming with bringing the atmosphere and entertainment whilst hundreds of students arrived throughout the day! Extended thank you to Groovement UK, Craving Asian, Unity Coffee, Organised Chaos and everyone else involved in making the weekend what it was. Another huge extended thank you to our site teams for the extra hard work that this period of the year brings and for all the hard work throughout the year.
