On the weekend of 22nd-23rd March, my better (and fitter) other half, Cathy Ingram of #AllWomenHealthandFitness and I will be taking on the Welsh 3-Peaks Challenge, climbing Yr Wyddfa, Cadair Idris, and Pen y Fan within 24 hours in support of Velindre Cancer Service. 1 in 2 of us will develop some form of cancer during their lifetime and Velindre does incredible work providing specialist cancer care and support to patients and their families, and we’re proud to be raising funds for such a vital cause. This challenge is part of a wider fundraiser supporting two of Cathy's clients and friends, Karen Davies and Rhiannon Thomas who in May this year are attemping to swim from Alcatraz to San Francisco along with Shane Williams MBE Msc - again, all for Velindre. We are delighted to have handed over Phase 1 of our #PontAurExtraCare scheme for Pobl Group.🙌 #TeamWillis are undertaking works to complete extensive remodelling of the existing care home facility and the construction of a brand-new wing, connected by a convenient link bridge.
