We’re excited to announce that Jennie Coombs, our Head of Affordable Housing, has joined the NLA Expert Panel on Housing.   The panel will investigate ways to delivery quality and quantity in housing across London, with a focus on affordability, social value and the role of community engagement.   Jennie has over 25 years’ experience in the housing and property sector and she is passionate about the need to provide top-quality, affordable housing at volume, offering options for people on every level of income.   She has a track record in delivering ambitious projects and award-winning new build housing developments including the redevelopment of the Gascoigne Neighbourhood.   We’d like to extend our congratulations to Jennie, and we look forward to seeing her ideas and contributions come to life.   #NLA #Housing #Regeneration

What’s new? Conveniently parked vehicles at key locations like Lodge Avenue, George Street, and more. Cost savings of up to £3,500 per year for members driving less than 6,000–8,000 miles annually. 2024 has been an amazing year for Be First, building upon our status as the largest council owned developer in the country. Public consultation on the Valence House Moat Restoration project has begun! Join us to learn about our plans for restoring the medieval moat at Valence House, a Grade II* listed 17th-century manor house, and the only surviving manor house in Dagenham.
