The education sector has become a significant player in Birmingham's office market, accounting for 77% of the city centre's take-up in Q3. Aston University’s acquisition of 10 Woodcock Street totals 189,053 square feet and marks Birmingham's largest transaction since 2020. Additionally, the Global Banking School's expansion into 1 Brindleyplace, comprising 68,192 square feet, further demonstrates how educational institutions are taking advantage of flexible, high-quality spaces in Birmingham's Knowledge Quarter. With more institutions considering Birmingham, the sector’s growth signals a promising future for the city. Source: https://lnkd.in/eyy6axJn
