  • It's been one year of Delancey supporting Historic England's Blue Plaques Project. We are incredibly excited to have just signed up for another year!   Honouring individuals from diverse backgrounds who have made a profound contribution to human well-being, happiness, or have had an outstanding impact in their field, community, or society, this scheme is an expansion of the iconic London Plaques seen all across the UK.   With recent Plaques such as Daphne Steele (1927 to 2004) a Guyanese nurse and midwife who was a pioneering Black matron in the NHS; Music legend, George Harrison (1943 to 2001); and Hollywood icon Carey Grant (1904 - 1986), it's been an honor to get involved.   Delancey and The Earls Court Development Company are proud sponsors of this initiative that reinforces our commitment to celebrating and preserving cultural heritage. We are already looking forward to the next unveiling. 🎥 Watch our recent video below where Historic England's CEO, Duncan Wilson CBE, and Delancey founder and chairman, Jamie Ritblat, talk about why this scheme and the protection of heritage in this country is more important than ever.   #DelanceyRealEstate #HistoricEngland

  • 𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘿𝙧𝙖𝙜𝙤𝙣'𝙨 𝘿𝙚𝙣! 🐉   This week, Delancey had the honour of hosting students from Heritage of London Trust's Proud Places project, a London-wide engagement programme inspiring young people and helping them to improve their life choices as well as their life skills.   13 students spent the day at Delancey where Katharine Walsh, Olivia Corbett-JoyceJae Whan Kim, Jess Cufley, and Sally Hands spoke about Delancey, their roles within the business, and emphasising how no two career journeys are the same.   The students had 1:1 mock interviews with Anandh Owen, Katharine Walsh, Robert Jenkins, Marina Blazeviciene, Marcus Webb, Manraj Gill, Hamish Macintosh and Oli Fanshawe, where they received feedback and help identifying the individual qualities they each possess.   After presenting their restoration projects on Heritage sites in London to Mark Enderby, David Owens, Katharine and Jae, and receiving feedback, the students officially entered the Dragon's Den to pitch their ideas.   Delancey's Founder and Chairman, Jamie Ritblat; our CEO, Stafford Lancaster; and Deputy Chairman, Paul Goswell, joined HOLT's Director, Nicola Stacey as the "Dragons."   With their combined wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry, our Dragon's delighted in the expert pitches from the students, offering advice and asking all the right questions.   A huge thank you to Heritage of London Trust for an incredible day and to all our team offering up their time to support these young people. 👏   #DelanceyRealEstate #HeritageofLondonTrust Ife Rachel Davies | Abbie Ruse | Chloe Curry

  • Delancey has been busy with Speed Networking Events for young people with The Academy of Real Assets, doing our own small bit to mentor and inspire the next generation.   Our analyst Gar-Kae (Katie) W. and Development Manager, Jae Whan Kim paid a visit to Fletcher Priest Architects offices in Goodge Street to provide a chance for students to meet and gain networking skills and opportunities with professionals from real estate, finance, and law.   A huge thank you to hosts, Benjamin KoslowskiChris RadleyLorraine Chan, and Amanda Leat from Fletcher Priest. With over 30 students in attendance, the evening was filled with engaging conversations covering career pathways, work experience opportunities, and industry insights.    Last week, Christina Rehnberg attended a joint International Women's Day and World Book Day celebration in Walthamstow Girls School where 180 Year 9 students took part in the event with a special sighting of Cruella De Ville!    Delancey are proud supporters of The Academy of Real Assets and events like these remind us of the importance of the much needed work they do in increasing access, diversity, and intellectual curiosity amongst UK schools and students. A big thank you as always to Stephen Yorke for his continuous work in connecting young people to some of the country’s leading real estate and real assets firms.   #DelanceyRealEstate #AcademyofRealAssets

  • Great to see ProCook now open at Castlepoint  🎊      This latest arrival is part of our strategy to diversify our tenant mix, alongside our JV partner Columbia Threadneedle Investments EMEA APAC, meeting shopper demand and becoming Castlepoint’s first dedicated kitchenware brand.     The news follows luxury wellness brand Rituals UK & Ireland’s grand opening in the new 2,615 sq ft unit (meaning Castlepoint has welcomed not one, but two B-Corp brands in one month!)    Curson Sowerby Partners | Morgan Williams      #DelanceyRealEstate #Castlepoint #Bournemouth
