We are one of the region’s leading partnerships developers. #BetterTomorrowMakers
About us
Created on the solid foundations of our new purpose to be better tomorrow makers, we are proactive in driving regeneration across the Midlands region, introducing new technologies to build efficient, high-quality developments that are sustainable, accessible, modern and affordable. We identify and secure predominantly brownfield sites and transform them into communities where families can thrive. All properties are built with the highest quality materials, with most of our schemes completed with a timber frame construction, and we operate an effective recycling and segregation system on all our developments to minimise the impact we have on the environment. As better tomorrow makers, and proud Investors in People Gold, we push the boundaries of how people live, work and play to unlock a whole new world of possibilities. A world where quality and affordability, along with sustainability and accessibility can all live in harmony.

Morro continues to grow from strength to strength, making a significant impact on the partnerships landscape across the West & East Midlands region. This success is driven by our passionate and dedicated teams, whose hard work and innovation have made Morro one of the largest-forward thinking partnerships businesses in the region. As we sustainably grow, it’s vital that our structure evolves to reflect and support the incredible talent and dedication behind our success. Recently, we announced the appointments of Tom Broadway and Simon Preston as the first steps in the next phase of our journey, and we are thrilled to reveal the creation of a new operational senior management board at Morro. This board will comprise several group and regional departmental directors, each leading their respective areas to ensure we stay at the cutting edge of people development, partnerships, and innovation. Their focus will be on driving excellence in systems, processes, mentoring, training, and more - ensuring every department has the tools and support to thrive. Congratulations to Luke Reynolds, Giovanni Corbo, Suki Deol, Mark Eustace, Ashley Ineson, Gavin Ward (MCIOB), Ian Jackson, Christopher Wickham & Kay Ash.

Did you know that libraries in the Sandwell Council Borough open their doors to anyone from the community who would like some company and a hot drink? What a simple but effective initiative! 😊 We were approached by Michael Wragg from Sandwell Council with a call to action for donations of mugs for the libraries, so that they can continue to provide this much needed service. We answered the call and donated brand new coffee mugs and travel cups. If you would like to donate mugs to this wonderful cause, please do reach out to Michael Wragg.

As part of Morro’s further growth and positive impact in the entire Partnerships landscape across the midlands region, we are excited to announce the appointment of two new Regional Managing Directors. Tom Broadway will lead the West Midlands team, while Simon Preston will oversee our East Midlands team. Both Tom and Simon bring a wealth of expertise and a shared vision that aligns perfectly with our mission to drive positive growth, enhance partnerships, and empower people - values that are at the very heart of the business. With a growing pipeline of over £500m, alongside over 20+ current live construction projects, Morro is proud to be one of the region’s largest and most innovative true partnerships businesses. We are extremely fortunate to have a very talented, passionate and driven team here at Morro, who want to make a positive change in our industry. With further exciting news to come on investments into our fantastic teams, innovation and our partners, we are delighted to welcome Tom and Simon to our business. What an incredible start to the year! 👏 This morning, The Lighthouse Charity visited our Battlefield team in Shrewsbury, to raise awareness about mental health in the construction industry and share how they can support our team and their families when needed. The charity is visiting all our sites across the Midlands, delivering informal chats with our team and supply chain. #ConstructionCharity #MentalHealthCharity #MentalHealthConstruction

Great work as always from the team at our Bargates development in Burton-on-trent.
As we approach the end of 2024, a small milestone has been achieved on our bargates site @ Morro Partnerships today with the boarding of our 1st apartment on block A. Which gives us the platform to start next year on the front foot. Bring on 2025

✨ Our Magic Makers in action ✨ We had the privilege of sponsoring the Burns Ward at Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust, turning it into a winter wonderland to bring as much magic as possible to patients and their families in the lead-up to Christmas. Several team members joined in the festive spirit, dressing up as Santa Claus and his elves to hand out presents to patients visiting the hospital. 🎅🎁 It was our absolute pleasure to help make Christmas that little bit easier for families at the hospital.
