SAM Drylining Ltd Health & Safety compliant for yet another year

Disappointed and frustrated at the news that ISG have filed for administration. They were a big client of ours for many years and have delivered many prestigious projects together but another week passes and another contractor has gone to the wall. This industry needs to change as its the supply chain and hard working employees that always feel the brunt of the failure of others with potentially life changing consequences. No other industry in the UK works likes this. It is left un-policed with work priced to such small margins with inevitable outcomes SAM want to communicate to our clients, employees and supply chain that we have a strong balance sheet and a healthy order book going forward! Had another contract win confirmed today with another repeat client SAM will move forward without ISG (even though we will feel the effects short term) and will still deliver high-quality, high-profile projects in our region for existing and new clients We just hope the fallout of their demise is not to devastating for other subcontractors and for the South Wales area Feel sorry for the ISG staff that will also suffer from this but can say they are great, talented people who will have no problem finding other work #ISG #construction
