Yesterday my team and I spent an incredible and inspiring day with more than 1,000 colleagues in person and many more joining us virtually for ‘The Next Chapter Live’. For the first time in decades, possibly ever, the AA brought together a large number of colleagues right across the business in an interactive Expo style event, showcasing the breadth of services for UK drivers, but also celebrating the progress made over the past 3 years. It was fantastic to hear from our Chairman Rick Haythornthwaite and we were delighted to welcome our sponsors James O'Gara, Gordon Holmes, Nevio Duci and Jamaria K. to experience the day with us. Pride in the past and optimism in the future were infectious at the event, and it was lovely to meet and speak to so many colleagues from all across the business. Thank you to everyone who was part of it – none of this would be possible without you. #itsokimwiththeAA #TheNextChapter Louise Benford Neil Blagden Dean Keeling Nick Edwards Harj Johal tom mackay Gus Park Aileen Gillan James Cox

A very special day at The AA yesterday as we welcomed 1,000 colleagues in person, had live link ups to our offices, and many more joining on live stream or watching on demand: The Next Chapter Live – our all-colleague experience. We celebrated how far we’ve come as a business and what’s to come, heard from Jakob Pfaudler and his team on our journey and the great progress we’ve made and were delighted to welcome our Chairman Rick Haythornthwaite to hear his valuable perspectives. The interactive Expo showcased the different parts of the business and the part they play in our success, including our latest fleet as well as our heritage vehicles to showcase our proud history. And the bitesize sessions gave our colleagues the opportunity to hear more about different topics that all help us create confidence for drivers. An incredible and inspiring day. We’re proud of everything we’ve achieved and our amazing team - without them none of this would be possible - here’s to the next chapter! #itsokimwiththeAA Louise Benford Dean Keeling Nick Edwards Harj Johal Aileen Gillan Neil Blagden Gus Park tom mackay James Cox Tom Fawcett

Here at The AA, we know that our people are our power, so that’s why we're using today as an opportunity to tackle any stigma surrounding mental health in the workplace and encouraging our colleagues and customers to have open conversations about mental health. We empower our managers by training them to identify indicators of poor mental health and provide appropriate support to their teams. We have over 100 Mental Health First Aiders and Wellbeing Champions within The AA and provide specialist mental health support to our colleagues through our psychological wellbeing services. #WorldMentalHeathDay #MentalHealthFirstAiders #ItsOkImWithTheAA
