🌟AFSC Airmen are doing a great things!🌟 While deployed, Technical Sgt. Javon Tharps showcased outstanding leadership by orchestrating contracting support, vendor vetting, and education at Al-Asad Air Base. Teaming up with the Army's Crime Investigation unit, he hosted the first-ever Vendor Day! 🎉 Thanks to his hard work, 51 participants were educated on the cradle-to-grave acquisition process, identifying over 64 vendors. This initiative not only bolstered base defense but also safeguarded the lives of 3,200 armed forces and coalition partners from potential threats. 🛡️👏 #MilitaryExcellence #Teamwork #ProudToServe #Sustainment #AFSC
