Building Success, One Connection at a Time: How Alluviance Helps You Win 🎙️ Creating a meaningful, lasting impact is about more than just numbers. It’s about building a community where you can grow, learn, and thrive alongside others. At Alluviance, we’ve seen firsthand how powerful the right environment can be—where vulnerability and accountability intersect to create transformative experiences. Meet Katie Grimes, one of our community members, whose story reflects what Alluviance is all about. Katie joined through a friend’s recommendation. Coming from the promotional products industry, she wasn’t sure if she’d fit in with our predominantly tech-oriented group. But what she found was a space that goes beyond professional networking—one that fosters genuine connection, accountability, and personal growth. Here’s what Katie shared: "Having a group of 30+ people that I respect both professionally and personally is a game changer. This community allows me to be vulnerable and open without judgment, which is something truly unique and invaluable." Katie’s experience is proof that when you’re surrounded by the right people, from all walks of life, your opportunities to learn and grow multiply. She didn’t just gain professional insights—she built relationships that gave her the confidence to be open, seek advice, and grow both personally and professionally. Why does this work? At Alluviance, we believe in the power of the inner game—the personal growth and emotional intelligence that often gets overlooked in high-performing sales environments. By creating a community where members can share their struggles and successes freely, we foster a level of support that allows everyone to push boundaries and reach new heights. 🔑 Key Takeaways from Alluviance’s Community: Accountability & Reliability: We don’t just talk—we act. Members consistently hit their goals because they have a trusted network that holds them accountable. Cross-Industry Learning: Katie, despite coming from outside the tech sector, found that the diversity of industries in the group expanded her mindset and gave her new ideas she could implement in her own business. Inclusion & Vulnerability: Being able to share personal and professional challenges openly without judgment is what makes our community unique—and it’s why people keep coming back. 💡 Continuous Learning = Continuous Growth The data backs it up: Sales reps engaging in continuous learning are 24% more likely to hit their targets (Salesforce, 2023). But it’s not just about attending training sessions. It’s about surrounding yourself with people who inspire and challenge you to be better. Katie’s story is just one example of the powerful transformations that happen here at Alluviance. It’s proof that when you invest in your inner game, everything else falls into place.

Looking back on Alex Kremer's journey with The Rising Leader Podcast alongside Jc Pollard, we wanted to revisit an episode that left a strong impact. This episode dives deep into mentorship, continuous learning, and the importance of maintaining a beginner's mindset to stay open to growth. It's also a powerful reminder of how social media can connect people and foster meaningful relationships.

So much of what we do isn't just about sales training- it's about creating a community and space for people to grow. It doesn't surprise me that the data shows that companies actively trying to grow their Sales / Sales teams invest less than 10% of their budgets on training and programming around mindset. Why does this matter? Here's the stats at a glance Resilience and Adaptability: A positive mindset helps sales reps handle rejection and setbacks more effectively. Research from the University of Pennsylvania found that resilient salespeople are 25% more likely to achieve their targets. Emotional Intelligence: Sales professionals with a growth mindset often exhibit higher emotional intelligence. A study by TalentSmart showed that emotional intelligence accounts for 58% of performance in most jobs, including sales. Goal Setting and Motivation: Mindset influences motivation levels. According to a study by the American Psychological Association, individuals with a growth mindset set higher goals and persist longer, leading to increased sales. Customer Interaction: A study published in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology found that salespeople with a positive mindset are more likely to create a positive rapport with customers, leading to increased sales by 20% or more. Training Effectiveness: Research by the Harvard Business Review indicates that mindset training can enhance the effectiveness of sales training programs by improving retention and application of skills learned. Would love to understand how our current connections are doing and if this is on their radar?

Had an amazing time on The Rising Leader Podcast hosted by the one and only Alex Kremer We dove deep into my journey from scraping by as a house painter to building a 7-figure business—and how mentorship, mindset, and emotional control made all the difference. Bill Banta shared some hard lessons on breaking free from generational conditioning and why success starts with developing trust in yourself. AE's and AM's are in the most stressful era of their lives. ⬇️ Pipeline = ⬇️ Mental Health Let's break it down👇 AI has exponentially increased the # of emails sent. W/ more noise, there's more pressure to book meetings on the phone📞 But Gen Z is a texting culture, not a phone call culture. Call a Gen Z'r & you'll most likely end up in their voicemail with a "wyd?" text. So now that we have less pipeline... There's more pressure to close the deals in your pipe & retain + expand your current customers. So leadership pressures the AE's + AM's to perform at an IMPOSSIBLE level. It's like going to baseball player and asking them to get a hit every single time. It just ain't gonna happen. The impact: AE's and AM's are in a "make or break" mentality. Most are ending up in the break or "GTFO" mentality. So here's the 3 things we need to do: 1/ Build better pipeline 2/ Run better sales cycles 3/ Be better leaders that focus on meaning + culture > pressure Ps - I stole this whole talk track from Mark Kosoglow on his most recent episode of The Rising Leader podcast. On this show we break down all of the above and how to solve for it👇 Check it out here - https://lnkd.in/gyc9Wri2 Pps - Great pic from Outreach days circa 2018. In the sales pit!! #sales #leadership #SDR #AE

"Buy the ticket, take the ride." - Hunter S. Thompson Every year I invest in myself. Last fall I was researching retreats on the inner-game and came across a post by Alex Kremer It was for an immersion experience on transforming the inner-game. I was curious so I scheduled a call. Over the next week I had calls with Clara Johnson Tom Alaimo Alex Kremer about the immersion they were hosting in Austin. Their chemistry, energy and commitment won me over. So I decided to buy the ticket and take the ride. I thought to myself, worst case scenario is I eat great BBQ in Austin and get out of the cold weather in NJ. However, it was the opposite. The days were filled with sessions that made me think deep about: ✅My vision to my purpose ✅My daily habits ✅My daily commitments for growth There were 50 other people who all had one thing in common: No judgement, Just growth. It was truly an eye-opening experience and it was fun! I'm very grateful for everyone in Alluviance the community, what we are building and for the recent member spotlight. I'm glad I bought the ticket and took the ride into the immersion and the Alluviance community. Reach out if your curious about raising your inner-game. 🤝 "I ask our players to invest in themselves. It's a different approach but it's a way for people to be all they can be and benefit them in the future." - Nick Saban LFG 🤟 📌DM me to connect 🔔Follow me and learn more ♻️Found this helpful, repost for others

The Alluviance crew was in full force yesterday in NYC🙌 There’s something special about seeing people follow through on the impact and changes they committed to making at the immersion. Here’s a few examples/wins we talked about last night: - Moving into a leadership role and building out a whole new division - Launching a side gig - Meditating & doing breathwork every single day - Bringing a deeper level of presence to their partner - Upleveling in a new level of mastery in their Enterprise AE role - Cold showers in the morning🥶 - Traveling the world with their partner When you make a commitment and have a community to support and hold you accountable, good things happen🙏 Ps - next immersion is May 3-5th, still got a few spots left. Check it out & apply here - Alluviance.co
