In this role, she oversees new client implementations, manages key client relationships, fosters interdepartmental collaboration, and develops strategies to enhance the customer experience.     During our annual in-person kickoff earlier this month, a few team members were recognized by our leadership team and their peers across a few different categories: Employee's Choice, MVP, and Hero of the Year. Over the next couple of weeks, we'll be featuring each of the winners, starting today with our Employee's Choice award winner, Pramod Dudhagundi. 🏆 Pramod has been a valued member of Ascent360 since April 2018. As the Senior Architect and Developer, he specializes in designing and developing innovative applications and cloud solutions. He also works extensively on integrating a wide variety of systems to create seamless, scalable solutions that empower our clients and help drive their success.     Yesterday, the entire Ascent360 team got together in person to kickoff 2025 at The Golden Hotel. As a fully remote company, we don’t always get a chance to have the whole team together IRL, so this day is one we look forward to every year.
