A Better World is an organization near and dear to our team. We've had the pleasure of doing some incredible work for this organization in the hope of creating an impact on the kid's learning environment. Over the past year, our team has hosted volunteer events to enhance their facilities by organizing their library and common areas, upgrading their playground equipment, and creating this beautiful, interactive parking lot mural to inspire the kids. A few people on our team have even become reading buddies as part of A Better World's iReady Reading Program to help the kids improve their reading levels. We are excited about what's coming next in our partnership with A Better World, and are so thankful for those that have graciously joined in our effort to make an impact for these kids. 🌱 LandDesign 🎨 Hilary Siber Edwards (mural artist) 🛠 Barringer Construction

Our team had the pleasure of touring Elizabeth on Seventh with Crescent Communities to learn more about the sustainability efforts involved in this project, including LEED, Fitwel, and WiredScore certifications. Elizabeth on Seventh was awarded LEED Silver Certification for: -Developing a high-priority site on a former brownfield -Providing access to quality transit with its proximity to the Gold Line and bus routes -Enhancing the surrounding density and diverse uses within the Elizabeth neighborhood -Offering quality views and ample daylight through numerous windows that overlook the neighborhood and city skyline above the tree canopy -Optimizing water and energy performance Additionally, Crescent Communities pursued WiredScore and Fitwel certifications, which enhance the project by providing digital connectivity and advanced technologies to support tenants, along with design solutions that improve tenants' health and wellness.

A look back at a project that means a lot to our team - "WPX Headquarters". What started with a Google search turned into a small firm in Charlotte, NC landing on a list to design the new WPX Energy headquarters halfway across the country in Tusla, OK. Knowing it was an honor to even be asked, we took the leap to position ourselves as the best candidate. The next several years came with as many challenges as it did opportunities; having to navigate design and construction during a global pandemic and a company merger that eventually led to leased office spaces now know as 222 N Detroit office building. We are honored to have had the pleasure of working on such an incredible project with even greater partnerships that will benefit the City of Tulsa, OK, and become a new landmark in the Historic Greenwood & The Arts District. ➕ 222 N Detroit Office | Tulsa, OK

Trevi Village Senior Living Community will be a premier retirement destination for Charlotte and its neighboring residents, who seek an intimate setting, yet also desire to be part of a vibrant mixed-use community. The architecture will be a consistent vernacular of old world, Tuscan-style buildings with intimate pathways connecting its mix of amenities and services to create a unique destination-like experience. Stepping into the multitude of amenity spaces, residents will feel a sense of old-world charm paired with modern brightness. Crisp, white walls and soft neutrals contrast pleasantly with darker, rich woods and striking blue greens. In each space, there are features familiar to the Mediterranean, from arched openings to pops of terracotta texture. A familiar comfort will envelop residents, making them feel at home, while unique details transport residents to an elegant destination. Flowing from the amenity space are two outdoor courtyards framed by the buildings providing separate active and tranquil environments. ➕ Trevi Village | Charlotte, NC #seniorliving #seniorlivingdesign
