By providing seamless access to a variety of healthcare services, we create healthy communities, one patient at a time.

About us

Community Care Physicians (CCP) is the largest independent multispecialty medical group in the Capital Region of NY. Headquartered in Latham, we provide a broad range of healthcare services to 8 counties in upstate NY. Our organization includes primary care, specialty care, urgent care and wellness services. With more than 1,900 employees, including over 421 practitioners in its sub-specialty and primary care network, CCP touches every three to four people in the Capital Region. We are focused on relationships with our patients and teams. We have "community" in our name for a reason. It's something we live and breathe every day. We live here, work here, and our focus is on making our community a healthier place. CCP's achievement as a high performing organization has evolved from a long tradition of excellence. Founded over 35 years ago, what started as a radiology practice has since grown to a multispecialty organization with over 30 medical specialties and some of the area's most highly respected practitioners. For many of us, taking care of people isn't just the career we have today, it's the passion we've had our entire lives. From our greeters to our nurses, practitioners to our support staff, we all are focused on the health – and happiness – of our patients. Our unique business model sets us apart – we have centralized technical and administrative services so our practices can focus on patient care. As a physician owned and managed organization, we are guided by those who practice in our offices every day and focused on creating an optimal experience for our patients and our staff. CCP is a multiple recipient of the Albany Times Union's "Top Workplace," the Albany Business Review's "Great Place to Work," in 2021, Energage ranked CCP as a "Top Workplace USA," and have been recognized by our patients for our high-quality care. Come drive quality, inspire compassion, and contribute to our community, one patient at a time. Bring your talents to CCP.

  • Welcome Mikayla Becker, MHC-LP, to our Integrated Behavioral Health team! Her background includes individual counseling and case management. Mikayla has experience treating various conditions, including grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, stress management, disordered eating, ADHD, and academic stress. Her case management experience focused on individuals suffering from serious mental and physical illness. Additional experience includes acting as the Program Director of a Batterer’s Intervention Program, where she worked with men who have domestic violence charges, and at the Russell Sage College Counseling Center with college students on campus. Mikayla decided to pursue behavioral health for many reasons. One was seeing how mental health struggles impacted her loved ones and how behavioral health inventions changed their lives. She loves seeing the change patients can make through working together, helping them to understand themselves better, and improving their health and overall quality of life. Outside of her professional life, Mikayla is an active participant in the Out of the Darkness Suicide Prevention Walk, demonstrating her commitment to mental health beyond the office. • Join us in welcoming Tim Holley, PA-C, to our Saratoga Medical Associates care team! Tim is a member of the New York State Society of PAs member. He received his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Pace University College of Health Professions and his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the State University of New York at Geneseo. Tim is especially interested in mental health and how it intersects with physical health. He was drawn to medicine after working as an EMT in New York City. He enjoyed interacting with patients, problem-solving, and feeling like he was helping people in a tangible way. During his PA training at a small family practice, he worked with a family medicine physician who had been practicing in the same community for decades. This experience demonstrated the value of building long-term relationships with patients and the trust and sense of stability that comes along with that, which solidified his decision to pursue family medicine. Tim’s diverse experience in emergency medicine and urgent care has not only shaped his patient care philosophy, but also ignited a deep passion for providing the best care possible. He firmly believes that every patient is unique and deserves a provider who will take the time to listen and understand their concerns. Originally from Burnt Hills, Tim enjoys playing music, playing sports outdoors, gardening, and relaxing with his family. Learn more at https://lnkd.in/eiKMUpKS.
