County of Summit Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board

Last week, members of our Board of Directors and staff met to begin the strategic planning process. Thanks to consultants Bill Charney and Sue Lacy for guiding discussion and to House Three Thirty for the wonderful hospitality. 

We are excited to announce our first BHPP Cohort and Scholarship Recipients. The Behavioral Health Partnership Program (BHPP) is a collaborative effort between the ADM Board, The University of Akron, and our Circle of Hope partners. The ADM Board funds a Behavioral Health Campus Coordinator position (held by Sylvester Huston III, MSW, LISW) to support students in Social Work programs at both the undergraduate and graduate level during their field placements within our system of care. These individuals will receive scholarships as part of the program.
